1. Kiddo is a parent tool

Kiddo helps parents and guardians organize family memories, school logistics, reminders, child-friendly games, photos, moods, birthday messages, and related household routines. Children do not need their own accounts to use Kiddo.

2. Parent responsibility

You are responsible for the information you add, the reminders you schedule, and how you use suggestions from Kiddo. Notifications, AI suggestions, school email summaries, and calendar prompts are convenience tools and may be incomplete or delayed.

3. Safety and wellbeing

Kiddo does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice. If a child may be unsafe, unwell, or in distress, contact an appropriate professional or emergency service.

4. AI features

Some features may use AI to summarize memories, suggest activities, create birthday messages, classify school emails, or generate learning prompts. AI output should be reviewed by a parent or guardian before being relied on or read to a child.

5. Accounts and backend sync

Kiddo may store data locally on your device and sync selected backups through the Kiddo backend. During testing, the app may allow installation-token access without a parent login. Keep your device secure and revoke old installs from the admin portal when needed.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

iOS digital features such as Family Plus are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and are managed by the App Store. Portal or web billing may use Stripe for non-iOS account management where allowed. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow the terms of the store or billing provider used for that purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Kiddo to upload unlawful content, harass others, store secrets unrelated to family use, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not reverse engineer or misuse backend APIs.

8. Availability and changes

Kiddo may change, pause, or remove features as the product evolves. We may update these terms, and the latest version will be available at this URL.
